Most boxes support SNMP and you could monitor and create a log from the
routing table and there is a couple of other tables that have a list of the
most recently used IP's. It's not perfect but would give you an idea anyhow.

With a "normal" router, one way to go would be IPFM, but with a
closed-box wireless router, it's a little harder. You could put a linux
box with ipfm between the wireless basestation and the outside world. I
wonder, in fact, if you cannot just set any machine on the wireless
network as promisc, and monitor what everyone does... I think I remember
some people doing that.
