I have been using
http://www.vd-server.de/bestellen.php for a month or
so. These are virtual linux servers (by default Debian) based on UML.
Their web is written in german, but there will be an English version
soon. You can already have a look, you won't need a web translator to
understand the characteristics.
My mini-server runs pretty well (no downtime as for other virtual server
providers), is in Germany (I use it as secondary MX and NS) and the
admins are fast (my server was set up in a few hours, the admins are on
#vd-server@IRCNet althought the recommended way to ask for support is to
use the web interface). Payment can be made throught Paypal.
If you need help with german, you can ask me, althought I think the
admins speak english.
