I saw Kings of Leon at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle with Beth and Dan on Oct 20, 2008; second row seats (MF 2 row B), woohoo! They have been my favorite band for the last few years so I was amazed to be seeing them perform just a few feet away. Photos:
These were taken with my SLR camera; they had a strict "no pro photography" policy and the bouncers gave me heck a couple times and one theatened to kick me out but I was able to sneak a few here and there.
(That policy is total BS: why am I forbidden from discreetly taking a few pics here and there with a real camera while others are allowed to have their hands up the whole time taking pics and recording video on crappy cell phone cameras? If you're going to annoy the people behind you by taking pictures at a concert, you might as well get some decent shots out of it.)
