I spent about a week diving at Sipadan, Mabul and other nearby islands, from Feb 5-13 2007. My weblog has more information on the time I spent there.

Mabul has a couple nice beaches too but I didn't spend any time at them.

The kids on the island were really friendly:

I spent almost all of my time at Uncle Chang's backpackers:

When the diving was done it was back to Semporna for dinner with new friends:
