About my hotlist search script...

This script searches for the word you specify in my big, bad, and ugly hotlist or my current hotlist, case-insensitively, anywhere on the line for each item. You can specify part of a title or a URL.

If the script finds exactly one match to your search, it automatically redirects you to the matching URL. If it finds more than one match, it presents a list of the items that matched. If it finds nothing, it outputs a ``no items matched'' message.

Additionally, if you enter "~someone", it redirects you to that user's home page on this server. If you enter a URL, it redirects you to that URL. If you enter a number (e.g., "1808"), it redirects you to that RFC at Ohio State. If you enter a newsgroup name (or part of a newsgroup name, like comp.lang or comp.), it redirects you to the FAQ(s) for that/those group(s) at Ohio State.
