I run across lots of cool stuff online; I share some of it with
friends on various IRC channels but usually don't bother sending
mail about it unless it's exceptionally good. So if I do send
mail, you know it's *really* worth checking out.

This is awesome: http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~johnny/projects/wii/

For those of you allergic to text, these videos show it off well
(and are very well-made for a hobbyist/demo kind of thing):

Tracking Your Fingers with the Wiimote

Low-Cost Multi-point Interactive Whiteboards Using the Wiimote
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5s5EvhHy7eQ

Head Tracking for Desktop VR Displays using the Wii Remote
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jd3-eiid-Uw

(these videos have 1-3 million views each so I guess they have
already made the rounds but they were new to me.)
