Recursive CVS add and commit

I can't believe that it took me years to get here, but I finally
hacked a recursive CVS add and commit:

I had tons (6 months) of pictures to put online, and I finally got to
doing it, but I wasn't to motivated about committing hundreds of
files.

I therefore hacked a small shell script which takes a directory and
adds what needs to be added, with -kb for certain extensions (e.g.
pictures), and commits the whole thing. I couldn't find anything like
that online.

It is reasonnably smart and tries to minimize the number of cvs calls.

In case you decide it's useful, let me know if you find bugs and if
you make improvements. Thanks.
