Annual CMGI shareholder meeting (missed)

The annual CMGI shareholder meeting happened in Boston on Friday
morning, and I had kinda planned to go but then bailed out after
learning that it would be about 3-4 hours long (thought it would
be mostly boring), and since I didn't know if jeans would be okay
or what else I'd wear, ... (add more lame excuses here)

Instead I tried to listen to it in realtime via realaudio, but it
sucked (not sure why: their server's fault, or my connection, or
my PC?) So I listened to most of it afterwards.

My not going turned out to be a really bad decision: I regretted
it later that morning and regret it much more now after reading a
couple trip reports from the motley fool boards:

found using the "sort by # of recommendations" feature, very handy:

It sounds like I missed a great meeting: demos of software, free
breakfast/lunch, schmoozing with Wetherell, other CMGI folk and
the creators of Raging Bull (all of them multimillionaires or
billionaires, yet normal and friendly by the sounds of it); free
tshirts and stuff. Doh! I'm kicking myself now for not going.

And I'm tempted to buy a bit more CMGI, too. Hmm.
