Pics of our new home...
On the seabus heading from downtown vancouver to north van. This is what we will use to commute each day to work. It's a 12min ride across the Burrard Inlet.
Our new North Vancouver home!
Main floor. That's Gaylene on the deck...she's Tristen's cousin and our top notch realestate agent.
Second level. Upstairs there are vautled ceilings with spot lights in every room. The washer/dry is also up here. Othere cool things are the heated tiles in the ensuite bathroom and the inwall stereo system.

Our tiny backyard... that the walkout basement leads to. Don't have any pics of the inside of the walkout basement, but it is fully finished with a built in entertainment stand and a serene space for deb's yoga..
