30/07/2004: Hike into the Conrad Kain hut... a grueling 5km trail that gains around 700m elevation. The 12 pack of beer in my pack didn't help.

31/07/2004: Scrambed upto to a nearby ridge

01/08/2004: We climbed Lion's Way, a 5.6 multipitch trad climb with fantastic views of the bugaboo spire and snowpatch spire.

02/08/2004: Climbed Pigeon Spire... outstanding climb with exciting exposure!

03/08/2004: Bugaboo Spire. We attempted to climb the classic Conrad Kain route on this impressive spire, but had to turn back below the gendarme due to foul weather...

04/08/2004: Looked like the rain was going to sock in for a while, so we decided to bail and head out.
