Hong Kong and Beijing

I went to Beijing to work with a partner company and had to stop in Hong Kong enroute to obtain my passport.

07/07/2004: Beijing: Dinner with my colleagues at a thai restaurant in an area called Lotus Lane.

08/07/2004: Beijing: Forbidden City and Tiennamen Square

09/07/2004: Beijing: Went on a rickshaw tour of of the Hutongs (old style courtyard homes and alleys) in old Beijing. Also saw the Drum Temple.

12/07/2004: Calgary: Woke up to the sound of a marching band at 7am...celebrating the start of Stampeed. There was a free pancake breakfast across the street where Steven Harper was working the grill. Deb refused to eat any of his pancakes...
