captivate XML namespace

This namespace is used by my photo metadata software. Here's a sample of its use.

The 'quality' field is intended to mean something like:
- 10
- outstanding: interesting subject, perfectly composed and
exposed
- 9
- excellent: interesting subject, good composition etc.
- 8
- very good: interesting subject but not quite perfectly
executed, or an excellent pic of an everyday subject
- 7
- good: decent overall pic, not exceptional
- 6
- above average: boring but ok pic
- 5
- average: ...
- 4
- substandard: ...
- 3
- oops: ...
- 2
- doh: ...
- 1
- barely worth keeping: maybe interesting as a reminder of
something
- 0
- completely useless: maybe auto-delete these?
