Yeah americans are always shouting... It reminds me of "The ugly one with
the Jewel" by Laurie Anderson the excerpt about how not to look american
in the middle east ;) (it should be track 11)

Anyway, OMS placed US behind Cuba for health care, Japan and France being
1st and 2nd.
