Air France sucks

Air France sucks! They managed to find no less than six ways to
delay my arrival in Amsterdam:

  1. flight to Paris arrived 20 minutes late
  2. ground crew was on strike (of course)
  3. shuttle bus was borken
     (1, 2, and 3 caused me to miss my connecting flight)
  4. replacement flight boarded an hour later than scheduled
  5. replacement flight was delayed due to spurious luggage needing
     to be hunted down and removed before takeoff
  6. takeoff was delayed due to needing to wait for a runway position

And once I finally arrived in Amsterdam, they had misplaced my
pack and I had to wait for it to be delivered to my hotel, four
hours later.

These guys really went out of their way to suck! I'm impressed.
